As Color Chasers, children slow down to notice the colors that catch their attention, collecting inspiration from the world around them. Through exploration, observation, and thoughtful conversations, they begin to see that creativity often starts with simply noticing what others might overlook.
Instructions
Invite children to become Color Chasers and explore the classroom or outdoor environment.
Encourage each child to look for colors that stand out or spark their curiosity.
Collect interesting natural treasures or choose classroom objects to observe more closely.
Arrange discoveries by color, pattern, or any way that makes sense to the child.
Share observations by talking about favorite colors, surprising discoveries, and the different ways everyone chose to explore.
